I'm a storyteller, educator, and advocate for mental health and neurodiversity. With a background in neuroscience and human psychology and a passion for all things wild and wonderful about the world, I weave together narratives that challenge limiting beliefs and inspire personal growth. My work is informed by my own journey of self-discovery, religious deconstruction, and my diagnosis of ADHD, which has shaped my understanding of how our brains and beliefs influence our lives.
